End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using TinyTales AI, you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Services.

2. License Grant

TinyTales AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app and its services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this EULA.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and AI-generated outputs are owned by or licensed to TinyTales AI. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any content, except as expressly permitted by this EULA. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Subscription & In-App Purchases

Access to premium features may require subscription plans such as Tale Teller or Tale Master, billed monthly or yearly. Users may purchase additional credits when existing credits are exhausted. All payments are processed via the platform’s standard in-app purchase system.

Subscriptions and credit purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or the platform’s refund policy. TinyTales AI reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or features with notice to users.

5. User Obligations

  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the app or backend systems.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or offensive.
  • Respect intellectual property rights of TinyTales AI and other users.

6. AI-Generated Content

The app generates content using AI algorithms. TinyTales AI provides this content for personal, non-commercial use. Users are responsible for ensuring content usage complies with all laws, including copyright and privacy laws. TinyTales AI does not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Sell, sublicense, or distribute the Services or AI-generated content.
  • Copy or reproduce proprietary components of the app.
  • Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, licensing restrictions, or security features.

8. Termination

TinyTales AI may suspend or terminate your access for violation of this EULA. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement immediately cease, and you must discontinue use of the app and delete all related content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyTales AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TinyTales AI does not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of content.

11. Updates

TinyTales AI may update or modify the Services at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within the jurisdiction of our principal office.
