By accessing or using TinyTales AI services, including the mobile application and website (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. Parents or legal guardians must supervise and consent to any use by children under 18. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

4. Description of Services

TinyTales AI provides an AI-powered storytelling platform for families, enabling parents and children to generate personalized stories and illustrations. Services include content creation, AI recommendations, multilingual support, and related features.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use Services only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with our Services.
• Do not submit offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Respect other users’ privacy and intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and AI-generated outputs provided by TinyTales AI (“Services”) are the property of TinyTales AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AI-generated content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the Services.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content or outputs provided by TinyTales AI without explicit written permission. Any intellectual property rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TinyTales AI and its licensors.

7. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of TinyTales AI require a subscription or in-app purchase. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes through the platform’s standard payment system (e.g., Apple In-App Purchase). All payments are billed according to the selected plan and billing period.

Subscription plans include, but are not limited to, the Tale Teller and Tale Master plans, each available with monthly or yearly billing options. Upon selecting a plan, users may choose their preferred billing period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or the platform’s refund policy.

Subscriptions provide a set number of credits for generating AI-powered stories. When credits are exhausted, a Purchase Credits option allows users to top up credits according to their current subscription’s billing period. TinyTales AI reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or credit allocations with prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyTales AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of or related to the use of our Services.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of content, or suitability for a particular purpose.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the jurisdiction of our principal office.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
